Wheel is a wheel of fortune game. Before the spin you choose the risk level and the number of segments. The multiplier on the segment where the pointer stops is applied to your stake. At high risk only one segment pays, but it pays a lot.

Questions and answers
What changes between Low and High risk?
Low risk has many paying segments with small multipliers. High risk has a single paying segment with a large multiplier; all other segments pay nothing.
Does the number of segments matter?
Yes. With more segments the high-risk segment is rarer and pays more.
