How to withdraw

A payout goes back to a payment method in the account holder’s own name, after the checks on this page.
1. Your own method
The card or crypto wallet must belong to you. A payment from another person’s card or wallet is not paid out.
2. Identity check
Before a larger payout we may ask for a passport or identity card, a selfie and proof of the payment method. The request arrives in the account or in the support chat.
3. Active bonus
While a bonus still has a wager to finish, a withdrawal is not available. Finish the wager or cancel the bonus in the bonuses section. Cancelling removes the bonus amount, and no more than the current balance.
4. If the button is unavailable
Payouts can be paused. The withdraw button is hidden while they are paused. Write to the 24/7 chat or to support@1xwincasino.com and we will tell you when payouts resume.
5. Crypto payout
When a crypto payout is open, you enter a wallet you control and the same network you used. A wrong address or a wrong network cannot be reversed. Check both before you confirm.
