Responsible gaming

Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. We want you to stay in control.
1. Play safely
Set a budget and a time limit before you play. Only bet money you can afford to lose. Don’t chase losses, take regular breaks and don’t play when upset, tired or under the influence.
2. Warning signs
Spending more than you planned, borrowing to gamble, hiding it from loved ones, neglecting work or family, feeling restless when you are not playing.
3. Limits and breaks
Contact support 24/7 to limit your deposits, take a break for a chosen period or exclude yourself permanently. A break or self-exclusion cannot be cancelled before it ends. You can also turn off bonuses in account settings.
4. Minors
Persons under 18 are not allowed to play. We check age and close accounts of minors. If others use your device, use parental controls and don’t save your password.
5. Where to get help
If gambling is causing problems, talk to someone you trust and contact a professional organisation such as Gamblers Anonymous (gamblersanonymous.org) or GamCare (gamcare.org.uk).
