These rules govern the use of the 1xWIN website and apps. By creating an account you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
1. Who can play
Only persons aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in their country, if higher) may register. Gambling must be legal where you are; you are responsible for complying with local law.
2. Your account
One person may have only one account. Provide true personal details and keep your password secret. Duplicate accounts and accounts opened for other people may be closed and winnings on them cancelled.
3. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits are credited after the payment is confirmed. Withdrawals are paid only to payment methods in the account holder’s name. We may ask you to verify your identity before a withdrawal. Processing times depend on the payment method.
4. Bets
A bet is accepted once it appears in your bet history. Odds and limits are shown before you confirm. Bets placed on obviously wrong odds or results, after the start of an event (except live betting) or during a technical failure may be voided and the stake returned.
5. Casino games
Game results are determined by a random number generator. A malfunction voids all plays and payouts. Bet and win limits are shown in each game.
6. Bonuses and promotions
Bonuses have wagering requirements and expiry dates shown in each offer. Abuse — multiple accounts, coordinated play or covering opposite outcomes — leads to cancellation of the bonus and related winnings.
7. Fair play
We may restrict, suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, money laundering, bots or exploiting errors, and hold funds while we investigate.
8. Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by internet outages, device problems or events beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount of the disputed bet.
9. Complaints
Contact support through the 24/7 chat. Describe the issue and attach your bet or payment ID — we will reply as soon as possible.
10. Changes
We may update these rules. The current version is always on this page; continuing to use the service means you accept the changes.
